Fish clubs are welcome!  Hold tournaments for the whole family. We offer several lakes (1-5Acres each) stocked with, crappie, blue gill, perch, catfish and large mouth bass (up to 8lb bass have been caught here). 

Trails thru the woods, creeks and meadows offer relaxing experiences in the beautiful scenery of the ranch. Hundreds of species of tree and plant life to view. 

Bring your horse and ride our trails or play in our covered, lighted arena. Pens for horses available.

Located in the Bluebird Capital of Texas. Species of birds including but not limited to Meadowlark, Scissortails, Martins, Finches, Cardinals, Robins, Hawks, Owls, Titmouse, Hawks, Hummingbirds, and of course, Quail!

                                                              
Wildlife on the ranch includes deer, cotton tail rabbits, squirrels, coyotes, quail, armadillos, many species of ducks and birds, bobcats, beaver, wild hogs, cougar.

RV sites  w/ electric & water hook-up $25 per night for 30 Amp and $30 per night for 50 Amp

Camping Cabin Rental  $50 per night (2 people) and $5 per person for up to 2 additional. 

Horse pens $10 per night per horse (large enough for 2 horses)

Day trail riding $10 per person

Bird Watching, Hiking, Wildlife viewing, fishing 14 & Over $5 per day, 6-13 yrs $3 per day.  Children under 6 are Free.

Reservations are required, so please contact us at (903) 896-1314 to make arrangements before you come.  Cabin reservations require a deposit which is non-refundable if less than 7 days notice given of intent to cancel.
